My life in China started 3 and a half years ago with working in the biggest international radio in China which is called China Radio International, CRI.
I was very ambitious when i entered the radio and had some ideas how ti improve the radio to attract more listeners in my country as I was more familiar with my people’s idea about radio programs but amazingly it was shut down as soon as the first year, before signing the second year contract it was so obvious to me that this radio wouldn’t be the place for creation, but anyway it was my first experience of broadcasting after 8 years of newspapers and news agencies so something inside me dragged me to sign the second year contract.
The second year was completely different to compare to the first year, i was quite sure after the second month of my second year contract that I am going to leave CRI by the end of my contract and i left exactly the last day of December 2013 so I had the new challenge how to find a way to not be back home? I had some ideas but BLCU and learning Chinese so a new life with Chinese lessons started for me and it lasted just one year cause I found myself not very smart for Chinese then i gave up, I got back home for about 7 months doing some journalism in a website which was focusing on stocks kind of new subject for me as I worked before on politics and art and social in several newspapers magazines and news agencies but economy and stock was something completely different, so a new challenge had started once more.
At the same time I had some friends who were giving me ideas of applying for Journalism in Tsinghua, and I take the risk and got the idea and applied for this school about 6-7 months ago, so I am here now and so happy to be with all of students and professors and looking forward for the next 2 years that I guess would be very challenging and great time all together.
